TDA019D – Custom DAQ
Our data acquisition device offers a low cost ready to use solution for test and measure applications. It offers configurable digital I/O lines, analogue lines, pulse width modulated line of witch all are configurable. This DAQ can be used for measuring voltages, currents, temperatures and control relays, counters, solenoids, servo motors.
The TDA021F DAQ is the backbone to the TDA modularised test system. The base system uses a simple RS232 interface with a request/response model to drive individual expander modules in one of its 8 slots. The base system can be controlled using simple serial protocol developed in native languages such as C, C++, Java, C# and Python. The TDA021F can also be controlled from National Instruments LABVIEW and Teststand applications.
Using our double ended receptacle and signal conditioning board combination improves reliability on the factory floor and eases the task of wiring the electronics to the interface. No need to solder on to multiple test leads as the contact is ensured by the spring loaded back end of the receptacle. Signals are grouped on a flat ribbon cable which can be plugged into a DAQ or equivalent measurement equipment. Add custom electronics to this board: opto-isolators, power supplies, measurement devices, multiplexers, control electronics and special connectors.
The Stock control timer is a device that attaches to a crate and notifies the operator when that crate is due for use. The timer is pre-programmed with 4 alert levels to inform the operator when the crate is due to be used. This device informs the operator if crates are overdue by sounding an audible alarm and giving a visual indication. It also alerts the operator of the status of the battery. The unit is charged and programed from the USB connector.
